Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- Bob update IBISCHK6 Specification Document
  - Done

IBISCHK document:

- Bob showed the latest draft of the document.

- Mike: Is this really a "Specification"?
  - It does not use specification language and doesn't specify anything.
  - It could be a "User Guide".
- We made that change and other editorial corrections.
- We added a request for bugs to be reported to ibis-bug@eda.org.
- We clarified the difference between CAUTION and NOTE.
- Bob: We should add the IBIS logo.
- Mike: We probably will be ready to announce this at the next Open Forum meeting.

AR: Bob send updated User Guide to Mike

AR: Mike add message listing tables and other edits to User Guide
